To create an account with OneWallet, download the OneWallet app from App Store or from Google PlayStore. Open the app and click on "Get Started" Enter your phone number and follow the subsequent instructions to verify your identity, after which you create a password and log into the app.

To reset your password, while logging into OneWallet app, click "Forgot Password" in the login screen. We’ll send an OTP to your registered phone number and also verify your identity using our high-fidelity selfie verification technology, then you can follow the subsequent instructions to reset your password.

OneWallet accepts a variety of payment methods, including credit/debit cards (Verve, Visa, MasterCard), bank transfers, QR payments, NFC and USSD. Additionally, OneWallet supports integration with other digital payment platforms.

OneWallet may charge nominal fees for certain transactions, such as transferring money to a bank account or making payments to non-OneWallet users. Details of these fees can be found in the app before sending out any transaction

To report suspicious activity on your OneWallet account, navigate to the Customer Service Centre section in the app or website. Contact customer support via phone, email, or live chat, and provide the details of the suspicious activity. OneWallet's security team will then investigate and take appropriate action.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your OneWallet account, immediately change your password through the app or quickly contact OneWallet customer support to ensure your account is secured, and to receive further assistance.
